I'm thinking I need to move to Arizona....all we seem to have is high schoolers that can't pass 4 of 7 tests in 4 years or schools that are doing so poorly the state has to threaten to take over. And finally the lawsuits to make sure the keepers of the status quo keep control in their little fiefdoms. Arizona here I come.....
